The SARLAFT 2.0 is a System of Management of Risks of money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction, is up-regulated in the Circular External 20240000245 2024 issued by the Superintendent's office of Surveillance and Private Security, the scope of which covers the following companies, regardless of the amount of its assets and/or income.

  • Companies of surveillance and private security with weapons and without weapons. 
  • Cooperatives of surveillance and private security. 
  • Companies blindadoras of vehicles. 
  • Rental companies of armoured vehicles. 
  • Community services of surveillance and private security. 
  • Companies and training in surveillance and private security.
  • Consulting companies, consulting and research in safety. 
  • Companies manufacturing, installation, utilization and marketing of equipment for surveillance and private security and safety departments.
  •  Reprimand and peremptory term to correct the irregularities.
  •  Fines successive in amount of 5 to 100 minimum monthly wages in force.
  • Suspension of the operating license or credential for up to six months.
  • Cancellation of the operating license of the park, its branches or agencies, or the credentials respective.
